Rahkeem Cornwall joins elite list of double centurions in T20 cricket
Scoring a double century in T20 cricket is considered nearly impossible. With just 120 balls available for an entire team, the idea of one player reaching 200 runs seems out of reach. Yet, this remarkable achievement has been accomplished multiple times. The first to do so was Sagar Kulkarni, who reached the milestone in 2008.
While West Indies’ powerhouse Rahkeem Cornwall is the most recent global cricketer to score 200 runs in T20 cricket—achieving the feat in the Atlanta Open T20 League in 2022—the other three players on the list are all of Indian origin.
