Former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh is celebrating his 43rd birthday today, December 12. He was born on December 12, 1981.
Yuvraj Singh is known as one of the best all-rounders in the world. He played a key role in leading India to victory in many important matches. One of his most memorable moments came in the 2007 T20 World Cup when he hit six sixes in an over against Stuart Broad. He played brilliantly throughout the tournament, winning the hearts of many fans, and helped India defeat Pakistan in the final.
In the 2011 ODI World Cup, Yuvraj Singh continued to shine, both as a batsman and bowler, playing a crucial role in India’s victory. 3. Financial assistance for pediatric cancer patients

Yuvraj Singh’s foundation has been working to help young children who are fighting cancer, especially those from poor areas. The foundation, YouWeCan, helps these children with the financial costs of treatment, particularly those under 16.
According to CSR Universe, some children have received generous support, up to INR 3,00,000. So far, Yuvraj’s foundation has provided financial help to more than 30 patients.

2. Cancer detection and awareness raising

Yuvraj Singh was diagnosed with cancer during the 2011 ODI World Cup. Despite this, he played amazingly and helped India win.
His foundation, YouWeCan, has helped detect cancer early in about 150,000 people by educating the public through workshops. More than 100,000 students have joined these workshops.
The foundation also works to stop tobacco users from getting cancer. Many students have taken part in these programs.
1. Providing scholarships to cancer survivors

Fighting this serious disease takes a long time, and patients often struggle to return to their normal lives. As a result, they can feel isolated from society, mainly due to the side effects of cancer treatments. One such treatment, chemotherapy, can be especially tough on the body.
YouWeCan gives a Rs 30,000 scholarship every year to young cancer survivors.
