After being dropped from the national team, female cricketer Rumana Ahmed came into the spotlight by posting ‘No More Cricket’ on social media. She got a chance occasionally but was dropped again. This cricketer has not got a chance in any team for the last three years. Now, in a post, this all-rounder of the women’s cricket team has asked for justice from the BCB.

In a post on his Facebook page, he wrote an open letter to the BCB, “To the respected guardians of the BCB. Whether I play or not, such immorality and chaos cannot continue. Please give me a final solution. Being out for three long years without any reason is not a funny thing.”

He added, “My record proves that I have never played cricket negligently or dirtyly and have never indulged in any immoral activity. Seniority can never be a curse. I clearly want justice against those who ruined my brilliant cricketing career.”

Rumana Ahmed has been a regular in the national team since 2011. This all-rounder was dropped from the team three years ago due to fitness issues. Although the BCB explained this by saying that she would rest, this all-rounder was reluctant to accept it. After losing her place in the squad in several consecutive series, this all-rounder indicated that she would quit the game by writing ‘no more cricket’.

Rumana has played a total of 50 ODIs for Bangladesh. In which she scored 963 runs with 5 half-centuries. She has taken 50 wickets with the ball. She has also led Bangladesh in 18 ODIs. Apart from this, Rumana has played 84 T20 matches.
