Kumble has previously led RCB in the IPL

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) first season captain and former Indian legend Anil Kumble has recently given a big reaction regarding the franchise, which is facing troubles under the leadership of Rajat Patidar in the ongoing IPL season.

The former leg-spinner also suggested ways in which the RCB batsmen can overcome their troubles in front of the passionate RCB fans who pack the Chinnaswamy Stadium every match.

It is worth noting that in the ongoing IPL, RCB has played a total of three matches on its home ground, out of which it has lost all three. Batting first in these three matches, RCB has scored 169/8, 163/7 and 95/9 in a 14-over match, which is a matter of great concern.

Kumble also said that the pitch at M Chinnaswamy Stadium is not easy to bat on and Virat Kohli and Devdutt should think of playing till the end of the innings so that Rajat Patidar and Phil Salt can play their natural game.

Anil Kumble gave important advice to RCB

Let us tell you that while discussing with Jiostar recently about the franchise, Kumble said- RCB’s challenge while batting first at Chinnaswamy is that it is difficult to predict a good score. Usually, a score below 200 is not safe, but this year the pitch has been a bit spongy and sticky, which does not help the batsmen. Despite this, it is an advantage for the bowlers.

RCB struggled in the three matches in which they batted first at Chinnaswamy. Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal will have to bat for a long time to give players like Phil Salt and Rajat Patidar a chance to play freely.

It’s not about the pitch, but about having the right batting approach. If RCB bats first tomorrow and the pitch remains the same, I am confident that Virat will adjust and score runs.
